RESPONSIBILITIES

This is one of the positions within the adult team, where you will work with the following:

• Conversation treatment regarding dependency issues - e.g., ÅP, MET, CRA, methodology based on CBT
• Conversation treatment regarding violence in close relationships - primarily methodology based on CBT
• Conversation treatment regarding psychosocial/psychiatric issues - in parallel with, waiting for, or between periods when the person in need has support from psychiatry.
• Advice and support and classical curative work
• Training apartments and sublease contracts - it is difficult to engage in treatment if one lacks a place to rest.
• "Home solutions" - which involves a more comprehensive treatment package and is an alternative to institutional placements where possible.
• Home solutions are under development and may involve some standby duty.
• Our work includes both assessed and non-assessed cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

We need a colleague who is curious and eager to develop and to develop the operations together with us others in the unit, and we believe that this eagerness can be seen in your way of thinking and reasoning, and in your CV.

We strive for evidence-based and conscious change work and believe that you have knowledge and understanding of evidence-based analytical instruments and methods.

We believe that you have a good understanding of how to meet people to optimize their conditions for change - on their terms, starting from the needs they perceive themselves.

Specifically, this means that we believe that you who fit best have an education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or have another education that can be considered equivalent.

You also have experience with concrete evidence-based methods aimed at dependency issues such as MET, CRA, ÅP, and other methodologies based on CBT.

It is certainly an advantage if you also have education and experience working with violence in close relationships.

Knowledge of authority work is also an advantage.
